Let's talk shop

Updated: Mar 9, 2022

When it comes to equipment, Burrard Autostrasse has some pretty spectacular tools. We wanted to outline a few in particular that are specific to us, and ensure you’re in the best hands possible when trusting us with your vehicle.

First on the list is our Celette frame system. In our shop we feature both the Celette dedicated frame bench system and the Celette Naja 3D frame measuring system. Celette frames are extremely sought-after pieces of hardware that you won’t find in most collision repair shops. Celette dedicated benches are unprecedented and are designed to straighten your car’s frame to the condition it was in pre-collision. That’s right! In most cases, the Celette frame will restore your vehicle back to its original condition and get you moving faster!

Cellette dedicated systems have very specialized brackets and fixtures specifically designed for your vehicle, these have to meet exceptionally rigorous tests and comply to the highest industry standards.

Manufacturers including Porsche, Audi Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, BMW and Bentley require mechanics to use the Cellette bench on their vehicles because of its accuracy in detecting damage that is almost invisible when using lesser benches. Regardless of vehicle, the Cellette brand is the best in the business and we are proud to use it in our bay area collision repair shop.

Next up we have our Wielander Schill Xpress 800 riveting tool- A must have for structural repairs on Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover and Bentley. This is basically a massive pressing force. With the strength of up to 25 tons of pressing force. The modular technology of the device allows the adaptation of many function tools for different applications. The device system can be optionally combined with a series of hydraulic cylinders and the designated C-brackets. The device system is supplemented by a multitude of special tools for customized applications. Another very interesting, must have for the mechanics at Burrard Autostrasse!
